The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, INCLUDING many healthy options. Our room was spacious with an enormous king-size bed. I found the front desk staff to be very helpful. They answered all my questions quickly and professionally.

The staff provided excellent service. Eduardo at the restaurant was very attentive. Victoria and Pauline were enthusiastic and helpful, ensuring all guests felt looked after with care during a recent Christmas party.

the location is convenient everything is within walking distance. the room had comfortable beds. i found the breakfast choice lovely with much variety. the staff were friendly and cute all through my stay.
the room i had would not heat up it remained cold. i found maintenance was needed to certain fixtures. i think for the money i paid the room should have been immaculate. window condensation was significant and made them very wet.

The staff was helpful. The location is great, very convenient to nearby transport. My room was spacious and very clean. The hotel had a swimming pool (i enjoyed it VERY much).
The parking fee was a little expensive, costing 12 euros per night.

My classic king room was spacious. The breakfast buffet offered many options. The location was really convenient for walking into town, it was only five minutes.
The room's air conditioning barely worked. There were no ceiling lights, only lamps. Paying extra for parking was annoying. It was like an unexpected added cost.
