Superb City Hotel Experience
wide variety helpful staff
The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, INCLUDING many healthy options. Our room was spacious with an enormous king-size bed. I found the front desk staff to be very helpful. They answered all my questions quickly and professionally.

The hotel is located within a short walk to the centre of the city. It provides convenient access to many attractions. The area around the hotel felt safe and easy to navigate.

The staff provided excellent service. Eduardo at the restaurant was very attentive. Victoria and Pauline were enthusiastic and helpful, ensuring all guests felt looked after with care during a recent Christmas party.

The rooms were comfortable and of an adequate size. The rooms had central location and included cozy amenities. I enjoyed my stay and I felt very relaxed.

convenient location comfortable beds cold room needed maintenance
the location is convenient everything is within walking distance. the room had comfortable beds. i found the breakfast choice lovely with much variety. the staff were friendly and cute all through my stay.
the room i had would not heat up it remained cold. i found maintenance was needed to certain fixtures. i think for the money i paid the room should have been immaculate. window condensation was significant and made them very wet.

The staff was helpful. The location is great, very convenient to nearby transport. My room was spacious and very clean. The hotel had a swimming pool (i enjoyed it VERY much).
The parking fee was a little expensive, costing 12 euros per night.

The room offered ample space and good lighting. Amenities included a flatscreen tv and a mini-fridge. The bed had comfortable pillows and a soft duvet (I slept like a log!).

Fair Stay with a Few Issues
spacious room breakfast buffet convenient location poor air conditioning dark room parking cost
My classic king room was spacious. The breakfast buffet offered many options. The location was really convenient for walking into town, it was only five minutes.
The room's air conditioning barely worked. There were no ceiling lights, only lamps. Paying extra for parking was annoying. It was like an unexpected added cost.
